Complete Professional Profiling
After receiving recruitment requirements from our client we check our database for job seekers that would be a good fit in the position. Failing to find substantial candidates we advertise the position and screen the CV’s that we receive in response. From those CV’s the closest matched job seekers are invited for an interview at our agency where one of our consultants conducts a full-scale interview with the individual, including a personality assessment and basic computer skills test where applicable to the job type. We spend at least an hour getting to know the candidate. A professional profile is then compiled from this information.
A number of candidates are now selected for interviews with the Employer and unsuccessful candidates are added to our database for future suitable positions.
