R5000 – R6000 CTC p/m

Minimum Skills and Knowledge required
Matric certificate (minimum)

Recognised Administration Diploma advantageous

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in an administrative environment

Knowledge of SYSPRO is advantageous

Should be computer literate and have a good command of Microsoft Office

Quick Learner, self-motivated individual

Must be well presented

Must have excellent interpersonal skills

Must be eager, self-starter will the ability to follow through

Brief description
Contact new/existing customers in conjunction with Senior Reps to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services

Answer customers’ questions about products, prices and availability

Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

Maintain customer records, using automated systems

Identify prospective customers by using business directories following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences

Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, and submit orders for processing

Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information

General related office administration tasks
